we went to see this film last night. i'm a fan of the janet evanovich novels. it's a series: "one for the money', "two for the show", "three to get deadly", etc. i think she's up to number seventeen or so now. they're what you call "cozy mysteries". fluffy. anyhow, this one stars katherine hiegel. i think she's pretty and perky and makes fun rom-com films. why does half of america profess to hate her? jealousy? 'cuz she's fluffy? and makes a gazillion dollars? the film is cute, has no substance, wastes debbie reynolds horribly, and is a fine way to spend two hours during which you have nothing else to do. if they move on to a sequel, they need to get a new director.
