bernie kosar was a popular quarterback. hall of famer. cleveland browns hero, cowboys, dolphins player. he made enough money in his 20s to last most people multiple lifetimes. he's just filed for bankruptcy citing debts of $50 million. that means he spent all the millions and millions he earned and now owes $50 million more with no way to repay it. it's very sad. but one wonders how he was able to let himself get into this situation. it's fitting enough that he's now telling the press he's now 45 and realizes he's "an idiot".
